That’s a good gym rate — even if you only go once a month! When I get out of gym going, I commit to going Saturday OR Sunday for a month. Usually by the end I’ve added on at least one weekday, and two days a week is enough to justify the cost for me. I also motivate myself by doing things I can’t do elsewhere, like lifting on the machines or taking a class. It’s 100% mental for me — once I’m there I do a pretty good job!
